![]() Does anyone have an understanding of what is causing this problem or has had a similar experience but found a solution? I have appended the Help Desk report (except Programs and Features due to sheer volume) as suggested by the forum rules. I have scoured the internet for hours but found no satisfactory solutions or explanations for my problem. However, after restarting multiple times and even disabling the HDD in the BBS priority list, my laptop boots from the HDD. I went into the BIOS to change the boot order and prioritize the SSD. I used the Samsung Data Migration utility to clone successfully the contents of my old HDD to the SSD with plenty of room to spare. Today I installed a new Samsung 970 EVO NVMe into the PCIe slot of my GE62 Apache Pro.
